	Julie Kun - Chair Chair, Nominations Committee Member, Membership Committee Julie is a gender equity leader and consultant specialising in gender equity and financial well-being. Julie has previously held a position as the CEO of WIRE – Victoria’s only services that provides support information and referral to women and gender diverse and nonbinary people on any issue. Julie established and ran Jewish Care’s Blue Star a culturally appropriate home and respite care service for the diverse Jewish Communities of Melbourne and worked with the Australian Services Union Tasmania Division as an organiser, with a focus on gender equity.
	Khayshie Tilak Ramesh - Deputy Chair Chair, Membership Committee Khayshie is a lawyer by trade but a storyteller and educator by heart. Khayshie is a well-respected community leader with almost 10 years of strategy and governance experience across local government, legal, leadership, housing, health, mental health, youth, gender equality and multicultural sectors. Khayshie proudly served two terms as the Multicultural Youth Commissioner of Victoria and currently serves on boards and committees including The Iceberg Foundation, Future Forte Australia, the Victorian Honour Roll of Women Assessment Panel and YWCA Australia, where she has recently been elected as the Deputy Chair and Vice President.
	Ellen Webb Chair, Finance and Risk Committee Ellen Webb is a respected executive and board member, with a wealth of experience and expertise in business transformation and strategic governance. As a qualified accountant and a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD), Ellen excels in preparing and presenting detailed financial reports and operational metrics to boards, thereby enhancing decision-making processes. Her extensive experience spans finance, investments, people and culture, IT, property management, risk management, and governance.
	Dr Lisa Heap Chair, Governance Committee Dr Lisa Heap is a labour lawyer and researcher with a research focus on gender and inequalities at work, work health and safety and the regulation of work. Lisa's doctoral research, completed in 2024, examined the effectiveness of new regulatory approaches to prevent gender-based violence and harassment at work. She currently works as a senior researcher with the Centre for Future Work at the Australia Institute. She is also the Secretary of the Association of Industrial Relations Academics of Australia and New Zealand. Lisa holds degrees in political science/industrial relations, law and applied human rights.
	Tanya Corrie Member, Finance & Risk Committee Tanya Corrie is the CEO of Juno, a support and advocacy organisation that works with women and non-binary people in Melbourne’s north who are experiencing homelessness or family violence. Tanya has worked across the banking, consumer rights and family violence sectors. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a major in Economics, a Bachelor of Arts with a major in Politics, and a Graduate Certificate in Policy and Applied Social Research. Tanya strongly believes the path to social justice and equity is through systemic change, and has undertaken her policy, research and advocacy work in research centers, social justice organisations and Ministerial Advisory roles. Proudly raised in public housing in a single-parent household, she is a passionate advocate for gender equity and housing security and elevating the voices and strength of people with lived/living experience.
	Divya Pasupuleti Member, Governance Committee Divya Pasupuleti is a strategic executive and transformation leader, currently shaping Australia’s digital future through her role leading Business Strategy & Transformation at nbn. A champion for gender equality and multicultural inclusion, she leads programs that elevate women and culturally diverse leaders, including Women in Project Management Victoria, and serves as national Co-Chair for Cultural Diversity at nbn. Divya is Chair of the PMI Melbourne Chapter and serves on the boards of the Australian Gender Equality Council, Melbourne Forum and Afghan Women on the Move. She also advises the Victorian Multicultural Commission and NAWO on systems reform and inclusive leadership. Widely recognised for her impact, Divya is a sought-after speaker on transformation, equity and advancing women and culturally diverse leaders in STEM and executive pathways.
	Amanda Kelly Member, Governance & Nominations Committees Amanda has a strong passion for diversity and gender equity, backed by an extensive career in policy, advocacy and health leadership. Throughout her work with Women’s Health Goulburn North East as Chief Executive Officer, Amanda has led initiatives to improve health outcomes for rural and regional women, championing prevention, gender equity and health promotion at the local level. Her leadership across multiple boards and committees – including the Victorian Pride Centre, VicHealth, Chronic Illness Alliance Peer Support Network and the Women’s Health Services Network – reflects her commitment to collaborative governance and evidence-based action on equity. Amanda’s capacity to bring diverse voices together is further demonstrated by her role as Chair of the Audit, Risk and Finance Committee at Goulburn Ovens TAFE, ensuring rigorous oversight and inclusive decision-making that benefits the diverse and rich communities across Victoria.
