 | Micaela Drieberg (she/her) Chief Executive Officer Micaela, a committed feminist, is a strategic, collaborative leader with over 20 years of experience across for-purpose sectors, including all three levels of government, universities, not-for-profit organisations and peak bodies. Micaela has previously served as a Mayor and Ministerial Adviser. In addition to her work with GEN VIC she is also a Teaching Associate with Monash University and participates in several government advisory bodies. |
 | Rani Engineer (she/her) Head of Strategic Projects With an MBA and MCom from Deakin University, Rani has built a career spanning healthcare, education, and the not-for-profit sector, with roles at Austin Health, Swinburne University, and most recently at Ovarian Cancer Australia. Across these industries, she has led strategic, governance and operational initiatives that strengthen organisational performance while keeping mission and impact at the centre. Rani is passionate about working with for-purpose, mission-driven organisations and believes gender equity is critical to creating fair, sustainable systems where women, families, and communities can thrive. |
 | Kerry Wilson (she/her) Director, Put Her Name On It Kerry is a passionate advocate for gender equality and has led major policy initiatives, challenged entrenched norms, and championed cultural reform across male-dominated fields and the public sector. Kerry spearheaded the first coordinated effort in the nation to tackle women’s invisibility in public commemoration, inspiring the Victorian Government to change policy, set ambitious targets, and invest in commemorative justice. |
 | Helena Jordan (she/her) Policy Advisor Helena has supported organisations working within areas of impact investing, disability, gender based violence, refugee services and affordable housing, both domestically and internationally. Helena holds a Bachelors Degree in Arts (Business), another in Global studies and a Masters in Public Policy. Outside of work she pursues her mission for social impact by contributing to board and volunteer positions. When she's not working, Helena enjoys studying Auslan and fostering greyhounds. |
 | Elise Faulkner (she/her) Communications and Engagement Lead Elise is a passionate communications specialist who thrives when turning complex ideas into stories people genuinely connect with. With more than a decade of experience across public relations, corporate affairs, and content strategy, she has developed and delivered campaigns that strengthen brand reputation and meaningfully engage both internal and external audiences.
