Are you a collaborative leader passionate about gender equity? If yes, then his job could be for you. As Executive Officer of Gender Equity Victoria, you will have the opportunity to lead a small organisation to make a big difference by working with our membership and partners.

We are looking for someone who is dynamic and able to seek out and seize opportunities to build Gender Equity Victoria’s financial sustainability and work towards our vision.

Strategic time prioritisation will be critical to be effective in this role. As Gender Equity Victoria’s Executive Officer, you will do a bit of everything: management, advocacy, business development, fundraising, relationship-building, policy, and submission writing.
