Gender Equity Victoria (GEN VIC) is seeking passionate and committed leaders to join our Board and help guide the strategic direction of Victoria’s peak body for gender equity. GEN VIC plays a pivotal role in connecting, advocating, transforming and sustaining across the gender equity sector, advancing our vision of a gender equitable Victoria where all people can thrive. We’re seeking passionate, skilled individuals to help shape its strategic direction and governance. Joining the Board is an opportunity to contribute your expertise, perspective and lived experience to this important work.

Who we’re looking for

GEN VIC actively encourages applications from people of all genders, backgrounds and life stages. We believe diverse lived experience strengthens our governance and better reflects the communities we serve.

Additionally, GEN VIC is seeking Board Directors with experience/skills in relation to media, communications, marketing and philanthropic stakeholders.
