Gender Equity Victoria (GEN VIC) is looking for two passionate and driven professionals to join our team:

Communications & Engagement Coordinator (0.8 FTE, Hybrid)
Lead our digital presence, connect with our members, and bring our vision of a gender-equal society to life through powerful communication and events.

Policy Adviser (0.6 FTE, Hybrid)
Lead our landmark Unequal Laws project and shape the future of gender equity in Victoria through evidence-based policy and advocacy.

Melbourne-based (hybrid work options)
SCHADS Award Level 5 + superannuation
12-month contracts
