Intersectional and Inclusive Approach

Gender equity cannot be achieved without addressing the intersecting forms of discrimination that impact women and gender-diverse people. Our work centres the experiences of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander women, women of colour, migrant and refugee communities, LGBTQIA+ communities, women with disabilities, and others disproportionately affected by inequality.
